Account Deletion

This page explains how ACL23 Sim Racing users can request deletion of their app account and associated account data.

Delete your account in the app

If you can still access the ACL23 app, the quickest way to delete your account is:

1. Open the ACL23 app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Settings.
4. Choose Delete Account.

This permanently removes your ACL23 account, profile, race registrations, followed drivers, saved setups, push tokens, and app notifications.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address linked to your ACL23 account. Please include "Account deletion request" in the subject.

What is deleted

• Your ACL23 app account record.
• Your email address and sign-in identifier.
• Your linked gamertag from your account profile.
• Your push notification tokens and notification history.
• Your race registrations, followed drivers, rivals, driver reports, and saved setup data.

What may remain

Race results, lap times, standings, and historical league records may remain because they are part of the ACL23 racing archive. After account deletion, this historical race data is no longer linked to your app account.

Active Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple or Google Play. Deleting your ACL23 account does not cancel a store-managed subscription.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email deletion requests are reviewed and completed within 30 days.
